The table immediately summarizes our specific experience implementing FC-1 projects for the Department of Homeland Security. Below this table is a listing of several projects where we have completed work with a scope that is similar to the DHS FC-1 scope.

 

Department of the U.S. Air Force, Wright-Patterson AFB (WPAFB)

During this project, we provided IT management and technical services delivery, including: network design, engineering and integration, operation and maintenance, email systems, security, equipment sourcing, technical writing, office automation support, web and Air Force (AF) portal development, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) development for the AFRL/SN Sensors directorate, applications development, IT inventory control and configuration management (CM) for classified and unclassified Local Area (LAN)/Metropolitan Area (MAN)/Wide Area (WAN) networks, Workgroup Management (WGM), Functional Systems Administration (FSA), market research, product evaluations, new technology insertion, and communications Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawing support.

U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM)

We provided this customer with comprehensive IT services and solutions for network management and operations, system design and administration, 7x24x365 Help Desk, system security and information assurance, software and database development, preventive and remedial maintenance, video teleconferencing and desktop office automation.

Department of Navy, Navy Systems Support Group (NSSG)

We provide full lifecycle systems support to NSSG customers for a MRO Software platform asset management COTS product called MAXIMO. Services provided include business processes analysis, design, customization of the COTS product that requires software development, deployment to the customer's enterprise, testing and full implementation at the customer's location. Additionally, we provide training on application uses specific to the customer's unique processes and long-term product maintenance that includes enhancements as well as software updates as required. Our NSSG customers include the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, Army Corps of Engineers, NAVSEA and NAVAIR.

Air Force ASC Training Aircraft System Group (TASG)

We provide Communication-Computer System support for personnel in the Training Aircraft Systems Group of the U.S. Air Force. Support includes help desk, LAN admin/system interface and communication, software, computer equipment installation/implementation, computer maintenance, training, HW/SW inventory and database maintenance.

AFRL Enterprise Business System (EBS)

We develop, deploy, and sustain an integrated suite of tools to enable integrated, collaborative, and efficient enterprise work processes across the eight AFRL business functions and all geographically dispersed AFRL locations. Our services include management, tools, supplies, and labor necessary for software engineering and application support.

Our Software Engineering services for AFRL include, but not limited to: requirements definition, system design, development, testing, implementation, training, configuration management, Tier 2 and 3 help desk, Certification & Accreditation (C&A), and application installation; and software maintenance of existing HQ Staff applications.

In addition, we provide Logistics Management Control Activity (LMCA) support and migration by providing trained and knowledgeable resources for software maintenance, upgrades and help desk activities to support the LMCA Automated Material Control System (AMCS).

Department of State, IIP-ECA/IA NUS

For the Department of State, we provide network and user support to the Bureau of International Information Programs (IIP) and the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) - IIP-ECA/IA. Support consists of testing, monitoring, and fixing firewall applications on the network, and support to the help desk.

U.S. Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI)

We helped transform the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps legacy network environment into a single enterprise-wide Navy/Marine Intranet. This newly transformed environment ensures the secure and reliable transmission of voice, video and data information worldwide.

We built, and currently implement and manage classified/unclassified architectures that provide DON the flexibility and ability to accommodate changes in technology and user requirements. For the NMCI Program, we utilize a “Solution-Based Architecture” concept. This concept allows for the very quick deployment and installation of a network infrastructure by allowing multiple teams to work on very specific components to the overall solution without negatively affecting the infrastructure of their counterpart's modules. In addition, we provide network services for all seats locations within the United States and select global operations including Japan and Hawaii accounting for more than 4,500 separate locations.

Federal Aviation Administration Telecommunications Infrastructure (FTI)

We provide the FAA real-time, as well as static information regarding the integrity of FAA telecommunications systems. We man the Call Response Center (CRC) and dispatch field technicians to perform all levels of maintenance services for customer premise equipment (CPE) located at 1,800 sites.

In addition, our solutions and services have resulted in high customer satisfaction from end users and the government management points of contact. Our personnel have received numerous accolades for their timely, knowledgeable and friendly support.

FEMA Operations Recovery and Preparedness

We help FEMA to replenish the agency's computing equipment used for disaster responses. Updating and replacement services include notebook computers, monitors, printers, software and communications equipment. In addition, we provide FEMA with a maintenance agreement that includes prompt resolution of technical problems and system/component failures.
