Using quality tools, measures and practices, we continuously improve our QMS and processes to benefit our customers. Our focus is delivering exceptional service, value and results for each and every customer.

Quality Management System

It is the excellent "quality of leadership" and "management of quality" that defines the character of our QMS. In fact, our QMS defines the organizational structure, responsibilities, processes, procedures, and resources for implementing and coordinating Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). It is comprised of a system of interdependent processes that ensure our performance reflects, in every respect, the highest industry recognized quality excellence and customer satisfaction.

In 2003, our QMS received ISO 9001:2000 registration, demonstrating the company's commitment to quality excellence. In 2005, our QMS ISO 9001:2000 registration was expanded to include services, products and solutions delivered under the NETCENTS contract vehicle and its associated Task Orders. In 2006, a fourth operational site was added to our ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Registration — extending the certificate another three years to 2009.
